I'm M.H.M. Hamzeen, a Software Engineering graduate who obtained Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Software Engineering with First class Honours from the University of Westminster, UK.
ABOUT ME
I studied for my degree at the Informatics Institute of Technology, Sri Lanka and did my industrial placement at Virtusa. Upon completion of the degree; currently I work as a Software Engineer in Colombo. I'm an enthusiast of free and open source software and a passionate Symbian and Mozilla developer. My special interests include short distance wireless communication, Rich Internet Applications (RIA), Test Automation, Human Computer Interaction, tangible user interfaces, augmented reality, motion sensing and ubiquitous computing. My primary technology areas include Java, C++, Action Script 3 and PHP. During my leisure I enjoy listening to music, watching movies, TED talks, reading books and playing football, cricket or table tennis. I seek to pursue postgraduate studies in a HCI related field and continue my research efforts on natural interaction.
